What's planned

Here is what I have planned so far:

1. We are going to setup classes of user. The first user is the standard authenticated user.  Which means you have your own account with personal settings, ability to join clusters, create posts, articles, polls, forum topics, profiles.  The new class of user will be Contributor. Additional features will be given to Contributors; such as a WYSIWYG editor. Also eventually I will need help in paying for Family Clusters operational expenses so ads will become a part of the website.  Contributors will not have to look at ads.  What would you think about a customizable homepage for Contributors (this would be similar to MyYahoo! or iGoogle?
2. Column layout change: I am thinking of enlarging the column to provide more room.  Would you prefer the column to remain on the left side or would you like to see it moved to the right side of the screen?
3. I am going to reintroduce a help system. Would you prefer to have regular web pages grouped by topic with instructions or would you prefer a FAQ page with questions and drop down answers?
4. Subscriptions:  Which version of subscribing do you prefer?  The customizable way with digest mode, pick and choose what to subscribe to etc... or the original version which sent a separate email for all new family posts and comments?
5. Return the page that showed unread and recent posts.  Added features will include the ability to sort between types, such as unread family posts or unread polls, etc..
6. To go along with this I was thinking about adding blocks to the column with unread or recent posts. I will give the option to turn these on or off based on your preference.
7. Do you like the way the forums currently look or would you prefer them to look like traditional forums? (With the avatar and user name in a box on the left of the post and post contents on the right.)
8. Adding a getting started page for new users that you invite to Family Cluster.  (Remember you can invite non-relatives to Family Cluster.  While they would not be a part of your family's cluster they are more than welcome to start their own family cluster.)
9. There may have been some confusion about access and permissions of family posts.  You have the ability to publish your family post into multiple clusters. Your posts are private to whichever family cluster you post in.  Only those relatives will be able to view your post. With that being said, if a family post is posted into multiple clusters, relatives from all clusters can view all comments posted. Would you like to see a list of family clusters a particular post is published in?
10. Consolidate menus.  Merge the action menu with the primary menu and create drop downs to save on space.  Does this sound interesting?

Any suggestions on features I haven't mentioned? If you have the time please try and answer the questions in bold.
