Hopefully this new system is a little more user friendly than the system you had to use when we first got started. Prospective users will either click the create new account in the login/create new account block or click a link from an invite they received.
The create account screen is improved by having the user type in a username, email address, and create a password. (I know this caused some confusion when I had the system create an auto generated password.)
After filling in the appropriate information and submitting the form the user will be redirected to a thank you page with instructions to check the user's email. (This also caused some confusion as the site used to redirect users after creating an account back to the home page with no further instruction.)
The user will receive an email with a link back to Family Cluster, which has a special code attached that verifies the user's email and authorizes the new account to be created. The user is landed on a getting started page to help them learn more about Family Cluster.
